The homes in Table Mesa are largely single family homes that were built in the 1960’s to 1970’s. Homes in this area have spacious lots which offer new residence many options to expand. In this neighborhood you can find everything from cozy ranch style proprieties starting for around the mid $300,000 to large and luxurious builds for about $750,000. Many of the newer built homes in this area can be seen dotting the hillside and feature things like massive decks to absorb as much of the outdoors as possible. Many of older homes in Table Mesa are solid brick while the newer ones are constructed from more modern materials. Furthermore a lot of properties in the neighborhood have been completely remodeled with eco-friendly innovations to bring them into the new century. The residents of this community enjoy the privacy they get from large backyards that separate each house which is in direct contrast from other parts of the city. Additionally, many folks in the area also find that biking and running is a convenient mode of transportation since local accommodations are merely at the end of the road.
